This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology, and it loads no content from third parties. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage on your device only; it is never sent to us or anyone else.

If you write to us or call, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message only to answer you and to handle the matter. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter requires and as long as the law obliges us to.

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver pages and protect the service, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs. We do not use these data to identify visitors.

Our apps and platforms have their own privacy policies, available on core.aesa.sk.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Write to office@aesa.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
